“The Buzzard’s Brethren” finds Rick Dalton, a valley rancher, intervening against Matt Iberg whose ambition is to drive the high plains ranchers from their land. Kit Rowan is affronted by the violent resistance Rick poses to Iberg but she misreads the situation, since it is Iberg who is totally ruthless.
