Forsyth, Anne

Born in Dunfermline, Anne Forsyth worked as a newspaper reporter, a sub-editor on a woman’s magazine, then as an overseas and managing editor in educational publishing. Her writing developed from adapting favourite tales and legends for overseas markets into writing original stories for children. Interested in the Scots language, she has compiled three anthologies of old Scots recitations.
