Swedish-born Kitty Sewell trained as a psychotherapist and then as a sculptor. She currently divides her time between Wales and Spain, where she owns and runs a fruit plantation. Her first novel, Ice Trap, was shortlisted for both the Crime Writers' Association's New Blood Award and the Wales Book of the Year, and won the BBC Wales Readers' Prize. An international bestseller, it has now been translated into 12 languages.
