Norma began her acting career in repertory theatre including Meet Me on the Fence and The Yes, Yes, Yes Man with George Cole. Many TV appearances followed, with roles in The Prisoner with Patrick McGooghan, Smiley’s People, Miss Marple, Poirot, also co-starring alongside Jeanne Moreau in The Last Seance. Film roles have included Lady Violet in Fellini’s The Ship Sails On, Man at the Top and Run a Crooked Mile, as well as the West End credits, Sweet Charity and Iris Murdoch’s The Black Prince of Life.
