Synopsis
James Connor picks up a girl in a hotel bar and drives her home, but after a violent row she leaves him. Three days later, he is charged with her murder and at his subsequent trial he is convicted of manslaughter. Connor leaves prison an embittered man, convinced that he was framed by the police and determined to establish his innocence.
