Synopsis
Fitzroy MacLean Angel is back, and this time teamed with the most politically correct PI in London. Almost before he knows it, Angel is on the case, which involves finding the runaway daughter of the owner of a classic car museum, a dubious religious cult, a gypsy encampment, a very shady solicitor and his extremely odd wife. And he has to cope with his new partner with his new partner in detection, Veronica Bludgen, to whom his faithful cat Springsteen has taken a violent and instant (because it saves time in the long run) dislike. If this isn't enough, Angel also undertakes to find out why Veronica's office is being vandalised and where his bike-riding friend Crimson is getting all that mysterious white powder. You May Also Be Interested In...
