Crime & Mystery
Synopsis
A Casey and Catt mystery
DCI Will Casey receives a frantic call from his mother. Two dead bodies have been found at the Fenland commune where his hippy parents live. When it emerges that the first victim was found lying on top of a bed of cannabis plants, Casey realises why the commune members want him to sort out their problem without involving the local police - an expectation too far, in Casey's book. He's also called upon to solve a very unpleasant murder on his own patch - an unidentified body found in a dark alley. With the help of his sergeant, Thomas Catt, and his assorted contacts, Casey tries to get to the bottom of both the official and unofficial cases.
