Synopsis
In the North Sea, a Royal Navy frigate fires a shot into the wheelhouse of a Soviet merchantman; the angry Russians close the Baltic. The freighter British Venturer – under its new captain, the unorthodox Brevet Cable – is sent in to force a showdown.Or so Cable thinks.
