Earning Loyalty Credits
Earning Loyalty Credits is really easy.
Simply register with ISIS so that we can add your Loyalty Credits to your account.
Then, when you place an order, we’ll calculate your Loyalty Credit for you.
Every time you visit our website and log in, you’ll be able to see the value of your loyalty credits.
Redeeming Your Loyalty Credit
Yes you can, create a wish list, you can then select the title at a later date to purchase.
I've changed my mind. How do I remove an item from the shopping basket?
Once you’ve logged-in and start shopping, the current total value of your Loyalty Credits will be shown in your shopping basket and the total value of your order is shown less the value of your Loyalty Credits.
To redeem your Loyalty Credits against any order, you don’t need to do a thing, simply proceed to the checkout.
Please note that you can only redeem Loyalty Credits against products ordered from ISIS. Loyalty Credits cannot, under any circumstances, be redeemed for cash.
Saving Your Loyalty Credits
Of course, you might like to save up your Loyalty Credits to use against a bigger purchase or to treat yourself to something later.
From your basket, click proceed to secure checkout. The next page allows you to check and confirm your order details. You’ll see your Loyalty Credit in a white box above the Grand Total for your order. Before proceeding, simply overwrite the Loyalty Credit value and click Update Basket, as follows:
- TO SAVE ALL OF YOUR LOYALTY CREDIT, overwrite the Loyalty Credit value with £0 and click Update Basket. Your order will not be discounted and you’ll earn further Loyalty Credits on the full total of the products you have ordered (exc VAT).
Once you’ve placed your order, your Loyalty Credit balance will be the sum of the your Loyalty Credit total before this order, plus the Loyalty Credit you earned on this order. - TO SAVE PART OF YOUR LOYALTY CREDIT, overwrite the Loyalty Credit value with the amount you wish to use against this order and click Update Basket.
Once you’ve placed your order, your Loyalty Credit balance will be the sum of the Loyalty Credit you saved, plus the Loyalty Credit you earned on this order.
How We Calculate Your Loyalty Credit
You earn Loyalty Credit on the total value of all products you order, excluding VAT and delivery costs.
Example 1: Your first order as a registered customer
Let’s say you order one audio book at £24.99 and one at £32.99
The total cost of your books is £57.98
The VAT on these books is £7.56
The value of your books exc Vat is £50.42
Your 10% Loyalty Credit is £5.04 to use against your next order
The total cost of your order this time is £57.98 + £3.50 p&p
Example 2: Your next order as a registered customer, redeeming your Loyalty Credit
Let’s say you order one audio book at £25.99
Your Loyalty Credit from your last order is £5.04
The price you pay for your audio book is £20.05
The VAT on this book is £2.73
The value of your products exc Vat is £18.22
Your 10% Loyalty Credit is £1.82 to use against your next order
The total cost of your order this time is just £20.05 + £2.50 p&p
Example 2b: Your next order as a registered customer, saving your Loyalty Credit
Let’s say you order one audio book at £25.99
Your Loyalty Credit from your last order is £5.04
You overwrite the Loyalty Credit in your basket as £0.00 and click update basket
The price you pay for your audio book is £25.99
The VAT on this book is £3.39
The value of your products exc Vat is £22.60
Your 10% Loyalty Credit is £5.04 + £2.26 = £7.30 to use against your next order
The total cost of your order this time is just £25.99 + £2.50 p&p
Returns
In the event that you return all or part of your order, we will deduct Loyalty Credit associated with returned products and recalculate your Loyalty Credit total.
