| How do I order online? |
|
|
| There are three steps to follow: |
|
|
- Search for a product - The Quick Search enables you to search by Author
or Reader surname, or by title. If you want to search under more or
different criteria, you can use the Advanced Search facility.
- Add to your virtual shopping basket - When you find a product you are
looking for, click on the 'add to basket' button. This will add
the item to your virtual shopping basket. Having added a product to
your basket, you have the option of returning to the 'store', or
proceeding to the checkout.
- Go to Checkout - Simply select the country to which your order will be
delivered, and then click on the 'go to checkout' button. You
will then need to confirm your order and enter your payment details.
Click on the 'complete purchase' button to send the order to us.

Note: At any time you can view the contents of your basket by clicking the
'shopping basket' button at the top of the screen. Delivery charges are
not displayed in your shopping basket; they will be added to your order
at the checkout.

| How do I know if my order has been sent? |
|
|
|
You will see a message on the screen confirming your order, and giving you a
unique Internet order number. We will also automatically send you an e-mail
confirming that we have received your order. We aim to process orders within
48 hours of the order being placed on the website.
|
|
|
| What happens if the item I have ordered is not in stock? |
|
|
We will e-mail with you an estimate of when the product is expected back
in stock. You will have the option of waiting for the product to come back into
stock, or cancelling your order.
Note - your card will not be debited until we have dispatched your order.

DELIVERY |

| What is the cost of delivery? |
|
|
|
Delivery costs £2.50 for one audio book, £3.50 for two or more. |
|
|
|
How long will it take for my order to arrive? |
|
|
|
Delivery times vary according to the country selected in the delivery address.
Within the UK (exc. Channel Islands) we normally aim to deliver within 7 working days.
Overseas customers should allow up to 28 days for delivery.

| Where do you deliver to? |
|
|
|
We will deliver to anywhere in the world. At the checkout you will be given
the option of entering a different delivery address to your home address.
|

PAYMENT |

| When is the value of my order charged to my credit card? |
|
|
|
As soon as we have confirmed dispatch of your order payment is requested
from your card issuer. |

| Which method of payments do you accept? |
|
|
|
You can pay for your online purchases using any major credit or debit card.
|
|
|
| Can I pay by other means than card? |
|
|
Card is the only means of paying over the Internet. However, we accept cheques
or IMOs - in Sterling ONLY - for orders received by post. Make a note of the
product title and product code, and send it with a cheque or IMO for the full
amount, remembering to add P&P (£2.50 for one audio book, £3.50 for 2 or more).
